  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped, including tracking information where available.


Shipping Times

We partner with both local and international production partners to deliver high-quality products. Shipping times vary depending on the product's origin.

Australia

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–6 business days

  • Items fulfilled and shipped from within Australia, including select apparel and prints.

New Zealand

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days

  • Shipped from Australia.

International (Overseas Fulfillment)

  • Estimated delivery time: 10–30 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items ordered. We aim to keep shipping costs as affordable and transparent as possible.


Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be emailed to you once your order is shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.


Delays and Customs

OzGeology is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal service disruptions, or events beyond our control. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase from OzGeology. If you're not completely satisfied, we do accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • The return address is located in Victoria, Australia (details provided upon request or when your return is approved).
